I don't have the ability to ban, that is down to EA support. The current insults are directed at EA. Send in screen shots to complain is needed or no action will be taken! EA need evidence! They don't monitor on a hour by hour or second by second basis. It is up to the CiC and other players to report or act too, not just EA.
