Our CIC has gone inactive

Our CIC has gone inactive, hasn't been online for 6 months. There are several players in the alliance that would still like to play. How can we get EA to change the CIC to someone else so we can continue with control of the alliance? Wrath 4

    just start a new alliance and invite those wish to continue into that alliance, obviously send a team mail explaining what you are doing first
