its always been £29.99 in the uk for 90k, legacy accounts are still only this price for 50k unless we buy through steam then we get 90k for that price, but as i stated above the uk is getting wrecked by massive price increases hence my little waffle here explaining this
Not true -I see the £29.99 offer in the UK on this account which has been playing and paying for TA funds for around 15years. I don't access via steam, only via Chrome on a PC

Unfortunately no - just as if you pay £1200 for a PC in September and in October the price reduces to £999 - no refund.
