Reopen World 5

Is it possible to reopen World 5 for new players??
I have noticed that players like to speak in their own language (Dutch) in game en there are no World to sign up for that language anymore.

    Country and language specific worlds were all closed to new players in 2016. I know of no plans to open new ones or re-open old worlds.
