Resource Power credits did not add up

Question

I tried to utilize my power resource (4x330,000, from my previous rank)  and indeed got subtracted to my supply points BUT never added. What could have possibly happened? Just happened now Dec 30, 2020 2;00pm. I just lost 40 supply points for nothing??

You don't say which world!It's Christmas Vacation time so don't expect much to happen!  Which base was it supposed to be added to and could it have gone to another base?

It just happened again just now (base: Vizayas). I added 2x1.3M crystals but did not add up but my supply points was reduced by 20points.
