jsut to make this clear, nobody is blaming the players. And i'm not sure why you would think that from our advice to clear cache&cookies. After all users don't usuall have any influence over website cookiews or the browser cache. The reason we recommend this is because of technical reasons and because in many cases it has proven to be the quickest solution.
