- Actually 5 bonus slots package storage.
Want my money back. - Unfortunately we can't deal with payment errors (either real money or funds), you need to contact EA.com/help for assistance.
- After one and a half hour trying to get a resolution to this situation from EA.com/help, answer is EA can NOT do anything about it.
Can not lose 10.000 funds because of an in-game error.
What do you recommend, moderator? - LOL - how often we have read that kind of conversation???

This happens far too often, but it remains the fact I can do nothing as my role is limited to moderating. There a limits to what the EE staff, mainly @EE_Elephterion can do too.
Spending funds is recorded within the EA Origin system, neither of us have access to that, EA help may have access. However, mostly the cause of these types of issues isn't the in-game system but user error.- You haven't answered my question, moderator.

I did not make any order for bonus slots package storage. Was playing normally, then sudenly when trying to look to different outposts, double clicking on them made me pay 5 bonus slots package storage.
I think the explanation to what happened is very clear.
I use different kind of scripts i had never problems with.
EA.com/help did nothing regarding this situation, furthermore, when requesting details for this or a better resolution than nothing, the EA consultant abruptly closed the discussion.
Something is not right with this, don't you think?
