wrath18 targeting bases after reconstruction

This is a design feature that has been well discussed. Your bases are targetted and marked as such.

It was done, in part, to encourage players to vacate the central area after a fortress shoot.

yes but if the fortress has been reconstructed like it did on wrath 18 why was my bases targeted still. in my eyes thats full of crap and my bases r under repair now well done moderator. plz tell this too the developer.

Any base that is in range will be targeted by the Forgotten. If you where in the Alliance that took down the Fortress, they will remember as well. The only option to avoid a retaliation is to clear the viscinity of the Fortress. Thats intended to avoid camping the FF and stale endgame situations.
