Can't do test runs in my TBA attack screen.

I made a support case 208826784 a week or so ago as I cant do test runs in my TBA attack screen. The test tab is there on bottom right of ATK screen but nothing happens when pressed. I use Edge as my browser.

I cant find my support case, and no one has reached out to me. Not happy.
