Can't join to alliance

Hello,
Maybe someone can help me.
I disband own alliance and want join to another via invitation but inv "accept" button is inactive - why?
Reset browser to factory, clear cache, another pc, reinvite but always inactive.

    It could be also that you recently left the alliance you are trying to join. You are prevented from re-joining for 7 days.

    After i post message i received another inv and i can join.
    Inv that i can't accept is from alliance where i was kicked - 7 days cooldown?

    Is there any help/manual where i can find that informations (ie. cooldowns etc)?

    The info was included in the old forums, it is a 'tooltip' (or was) when the rejoin is prevented.

    I don't know of any source of all the information you seek is gathered together in one place.
