continuous production not working

I have problem how to start continuous production after it suddenly stops, I have 1 green and 4 blue not collecting, i've even restarted the collector trucks to 0 and nothing helps. is there technical help here?

    Have you moved or been killed recently? Both are reasons for stopped continuous production.
