Simply renaming an alliance does not qualify for badging. I don't know why the code was created this way, but it's certainly insane and makes no sense whatsoever. The way the code should have been designed (and wasn't): Killing fortress places said alliance with time stamp on "Fortress kill list", anyone without a badge would receive one, period. There would be no check for name change or other.
Under the current design, if an alliance wants to kill fortress multiple times to help others obtain their badge: You must leave the alliance and create a new alliance to qualify new members for any badges. This is because members must change their Alliance_KEY(), which has absolutely nothing to do with an alliance name. The only way to do this is to join a new alliance.
