Has there been a change in updates as I am having problems with placing marker

Hi,I am wondering if maybe rules have changed as I can put marker in as owner of account, but can't do it for subs (I was able to a while ago)...I have checked and all the subs have officer status...I am in firestorm 7...Could be the script..I will contact script owner...ta broch

Yes, there have been a number of changes that affect subs.  One of which is that the owner can now substitute extra 'powers'.  You need to get the original owner of the account to re-issue the substitution.  If that's not possible, get yourself made up to officer by the CiC

You'll see a new set of actions listed that can be delegated.  Subs issued before the change don't have the actions delegated.
