problem solved
what happened was EA authentication asked for login details , which i provided many times today
but no code showed up in my email acct...much stress was involved if you have had this happen lol
came back on just now ...2am to try one last time and it sent the code........phew
i had friends send emails to my acct just to check it wasnt a issue with my email provider ect , , was there a issue with the system?

hi Barry ,
i did use the helper bot thing as a guest , not sure if you can see those conversation's, interesting experience .
it was trying to tell me tiberium alliances was not a EA game , on more than one occasion .
if you can read them , do so, they might make you laugh , maybe the prompt Q for it could be better phrased :)
not all of use are up to speed with current tech :)
