locked on attack in progress

I  have 1 base locked on "attack in progress" 4 Days in world 8 (spain)m  can restore?

    World 85 is having same issue and not fix more than a week . Stuck at "Attack in Progress still stuck"

    He kalyn, the same problem in world 1 Dutch, several bases don't respond anymore.
