Logged into World 89 and all my bases are dead??

Question

I logged into World 89 to find all my bases self destructed 21 hours ago why are they dead? I have lost all my resources I was storing for months, this has adversely effected my ranking and I have lost 3 months of resources I am not happy.  Whats happened?

World 102 as well All dead

Either your bases where destroyed by other players or by Forgotten attacks. You can review the recent combat Reports and see who broke through your defenses.

If you've been offline for a few months, the reports may also have 'gone' missing.
