lost all resources and funds - tiberium alliance

logged on and everyone of my resources are at 0 and my TA funds are also at zero. been playing this game for 2 years now and seldom used any resource from my collection and the base is at lvl 65. Called EA and they were no help and have directed me to this forum?????

EA moderator please help resolve!
