Lost around 5Meg intransfers betwen my own bases.

As you already have a case number you know what my reply will be - and it would be the same as without a case number - Without the world and ID no-one here can look into the problem. @Elephterion may be able to help as you have a case number but I don't see why you've posted here.

I would suggest you keep in touch with customer support as you've already got a case number, without it I would have suggested.... contacting customer support.
