Map blurry and jittery on Tiberium 18?

I'm guessing this is down to an update as it seems like Tiberium 18 is in higher resolution than the other worlds I'm on but the map view doesn't seem right? It seems to be constantly jittering yet on other worlds it's very much static and clear (W2, W48, W56, W101).
