As you have observed after around 2 years of not logging onto the game the servers remove you. They first of all mark you 'inactive' then remove your ranking from the overall player list on a world replacing your rank with 0.
Unfortunately there is no remedy for this. The only way to prevent it is to log onto a world every few months.

Wow, was hoping I could visit my last alliance. well gg I guess, gonna star on new world. Gime funds as I forgot my main account with funds. jk jk
I started playing in 2012, and when I logged into the game in 2025 on the old server, all the data remained on one account, and on the other, if you look at the rating, it is there, but it is on someone else's email address.
Dadada242 I'm not sure how you determined it was on someone else's email address. There are procedures you can follow with EA if your account has been appropriated.
Which world or worlds are you referring to and which account or accounts?
If you are a "Commander in Chief" or "Second in Command" you will still see the account listed. On some almost dead worlds some alliances are made up of 20-30 "Command in Chief" or "Second in Command" players
