But why do some worlds work and give access, other worlds are not logged in, there is no connection to EA servers.So it doesn't depend on which region I'm in.

I haven't been able to access my 58th world for several days either. I've always played only in that world, and I'm also from Russia.
As already stated in this thread, the blocking could be from anywhere in the world, from your local ISP to EA in the US.
