slappylister world27 holiday sub bug

Hello,

I've attached a screenshot of the bug with the 50 percent usage error that I keep getting and can't access my sub anymore.. started about 3 to 4 weeks ago.

There is no way I used my account that much that the error in question should pop up like this.. There are 6 other subs on the same account and they are work just fine.

Please help get it corrected as soon as possible..

Just did it. It seems to be working properly now.
Thank you for the assist and EA too! Well done!! Still wish I had more control on development of this game so much room for improvement and functionality..

If possible, try sending the substitute request from the problematic account again.

Just tried my Holiday sub that was working properly without that bug that I is mentioned above? It is back again!!
Same bug same problem.. something changed and I don't know what it is.. Anyway you can check it again please?

Hello there.
Okay. Slappylister seems to be working again. Is it possible for other accounts to get that bug too? Slappylisper has that exact bug today. I was trying to login into it from my slappyfries account. When time permits would you please look into it. Hoping you guys get or take a day off once in while. Thank you!
