my 2cents:
it's old... the territory influence Vis doesn't match with Data...
refresh the game... this stuff happens on long sessions... example: you see false new forgotten territory near your base/s after you kill some camps (ClientLib.Vis)... ClientLib.Data sais different though...
I'm aware of the error you're referring to, and it's not that error.
