T10 & T25 - icon and sound file missing

Missing sound file (404 error): https://prodgame05.alliances.commandandconquer.com/335/resource/qx/static/silence.ogg

Icon for damaged base is not showing up (nothing shows up). Have to visit each base to see which one is damaged.

Not running any script.

The "Repair All" is sometimes quite slow in telling you how much tib and time is required to repair everything. Often is is greyed out and I get the impression nothing needs to be repaired - but I do have unit(s) that needs some repair ...
