I’d like to raise a point: when a problem occurs in a game and it takes a week or longer to resolve, it’s often a sign of poor management or lack of proper support systems. For a company like EA, known for its large player base and resources, quick response and resolution should be a top priority.
Delays like this affect the player experience and raise concerns about how seriously the company treats ongoing issues.
