You cannot access the game at this time

I don't know the reason why you couldn't log in, has it resolved itself?  I was able to log in ok just now.

It Has not, i still have the same problem.

This problem  probably comes from low connection speed. I getting this problem on some worlds when i'm using mobile internet.

The console output would be helpful as well. Press F12 and switch to the console tab. If there are any errors please do another screenshot, this would help us indetifying the issue.

imgur images aren't viewable in the UK - I suspect it's to do with Data Protection rules, so may not be available in Europe either.  CardinallMichael​ try a different imaging storage solution.  Which country are you in?

EDIT:  It is visible in Europe.
