Global and Alliance chat dont keep history.
Every time I login in, all chats are empty, is in not a bug?

Are you using any scripts that change the chat functionality? This may cause troubles then.
Speaking of scripts, is there a script that saves the chat and loads it on the next session? This could be useful, but taxing in the long run unless there's a limit on the number of lines/words/characters the script saves.
