what happened is:
After acquiring sufficient resources to build a new base with research / special / MCV and pressing - that button -
the next required amount for the next MCV / base is shown in research
and you can now build your newly acquired base at your desired (suitable) spot
by pressing the now available - found base - button
which you can find in your rightside bar just above the - create marker - button
extra:
the - 92 days - refers to a SCRIPT thingy that helps you compare your $ rate to your research income
(reseach points can only be attained by attacking )
SCRIPTS are ESSENTIAL in playing CC-TA for Simulating your attack till you get it right and and not wasting your limited CP
for that you First need to get a browser-extension, I use Tampermonkey in W11 / Chrome
Google Userscriptmanagers for your specific OS / browser
then the scripts-pack
