Can't open the game in fullscreen but windowed mode works fine.

When I try to launch Titalfall at 1920 x 1080 in fullscreen mode I get an error which asys "tfailed to create game window. Resolution unsupported?" however whenever I try to launch it in windowed mode, the game launches fine. I've tried other resolutions by editing the videoconfig file but nothing has worked for me, I just keep getting this error.

I am running a Nvidia 970 and an AMD fx8350 and Windows 8.1

    Well, I have a bug that's ruining the experience for me and I can't even get help? Anyone have ANYTHING that I can do to get the game to launch in fullscreen mode; I can't even change it in game.

    What happens when you use the Alt-Enter key combination to reach a frameless / borderless version of a window?

    Nothing happens when I press alt and enter. I can't even maximize the window.and if i set it to a borderless version, it still says the same size.
