I received a link to EA support, sent a message but have no answer yet.
The link is https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ and worth to give a try.
Please give-me a feedback if you got the problem solved.

Just solved the problem!
First, you have to open a support case on https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/. Once you did it, check on the next screen the option to talk to an advisor. It will open a chat windows and you can chat to an advisor.
For me, it was an EA account issue. The advisor reset the account and now the game works fine.
Hope it help you!

Titanfall 2 on sale on Steam.
If you don't want to waste your time fighting with EA, there's an option.

Thanks a lot, the same process helped me aswell.
Turns out my issue, I guess, for some reason I didn't have age check to allow me to play the game. I'm from Brazil and recently government started asking companies to make age check in order to play games for mature audiences 🤪
Thanks a lot Sanzionovisk!!!

You're welcome, my friend!
I'm from Brazil too, but the only game that I have this issue is Titanfall 2. Titanfall 1 and Apex Legends that have the same age restriction runs without problems.
I don' believe its an age check block. Its probably (for some unknown reason) the licences sold in Brazil are valid for 10 years and started to expire.
