Can't play TF2. Game asks to buy it even I already owning it.

Hi, folks! I need technical support.

I can't play Titanfall 2. I own it since 2017 but today the game is behaving like If doesn't own it.

When I try to play it shows the message "Purchase Titanfall 2".

I tried to fully remove and reinstall both game and EA App, without success.
