ERROR 401 BYTEVAULT_AUTHENTICATION_REQUIRED

I'm having the same issue. Was banned from BF4 for a credit card dispute LAST SUMMER (a single mistake out of ignorance, I cancelled a double charge for China Rising, BOOM, never allowed to play BF4, BF3, etc. But Dead Space is alright? So naturally I assumed it was just the Battlefield games, like the ACCOUNT DISPUTES ADMIN TOLD ME). I know no one on the forums can help with this. I'm just glad people are having the same terrible experiences. I'm being denied playing what I paid for. After being told it wouldn't affect Titanfall. What a company.
