No activation code for titanfall 2 trial
When I try and download the trial, it asked for an activation code for an "Unidentified Game." I have no clue how to get around this.

Same issue. Saw on Twitter that EA support acknowledged the issue, but they didn't say anything other than "we'll let you know when it is available", so it's not too clear whether they realize why it is happening, or if someone just didn't flip the switch, or what.
Another instance of the same problem. Latest Origin client and logged in, asks for an activation code so can't download the game.
