Origin Fix - "You must be online when logging in for the first time"

I am having problems logging into my origin account

    What worked for me was deleting some files from my computer that had been downloaded the same day Origin wouldn't let me log in. just type in uninstall program into your computer's search and uninstall what you don't want. BE CAREFUL YOU DON'T UNINSTALL A NECESSARY FILE!

It's probably something simple like using a poor browser.  Chrome is pretty useless on EA's websites.  I suggest going to Help Center and connecting with a Game Adviser to settle it.

There is no eMAIL gateway for replies from Answer HQ.  You must return here to read your answers, and my suggestion was to seek the official tech support.  Did you read the responses?
