From what I'm reading about your problems most of you are using cards that do not support DX11 not to mention are out dated by a few years.
No offence but I am having issues with the game not keeping up with the capabilities of 2 R9 290X's in Crossfire with 3 144hz monitors running at 6008X1078.
I would suggest you update to a newer card that is DX11 or higher.
your problems will go away after that.
They worked when we bought the **bleep**en game.
