Profile not permitted to play online on titan fall 2

Hey I just started titanfall2 but I can play offline there is an error message which displayed that my profile is not permitted to play offline and multiplayer mode is locked I checked my internet and...

@mimi3tn Can you check your account to see if you have it set as a child account or any restrictions placed on it.

I can play all my other games on multiplayer but still how can I check for the child mode

  @mimi3tnYou will find the option in settings under Manage Account.
