Is the EA app closing as well after the crash? I noticed that your GPU has not been updated since 4/2/2024. There's a new update for it released in November: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/details/235907/

You could also try to set up a gaming profile for your GPU. You can find instructions for that here: Troubleshooting graphics on PC
