Actually, a decent quality GPU is the single most important part.  Without that, forget it:

Minimum requirements for Titanfall on PC:

        OS: 64-bit Windows 7, 8, 8.1
Processor: AMD Athlon X2 2.8GHz or Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz
        Memory: 4GB RAM
        Video card: 512MB VRAM,
Radeon HD 4770 or GeForce 8800GT

None of Intel's IGPs are supported and none will ever be supported

DirectX 10 is definitely supported.  Neither of the minimum GPUs are Dx11 cards.  There have been driver problems for Radeon HD 4000 series cards, and Geforces older than the GTX 500s sometimes need AA turned off, but driver updates will sort both situations out (nVIDIA cards did not offer Dx11 before the GTX 400 generation).

Respawn did not give out Direct3D requirements when releasing information to the gaming journalists:

They can either change the minimum cards, or correct their Direct3D error.  They can't have both (and never said diddly about Direct3D before now).  Neither Developers nor Distrubutors in the game industry have ever respected hardware knowledge, and bad sets of requirements are some kind of tradition for some of them, Bioware and Bethesda being prime examples.

After 35 years of gaming, I have seen it repeated constantly.   I make it my habit to tell the truth, and ignore lies from distributor marketing dweebs.
