    @miter010 Hi, you can refund the game using the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/what-s-the-great-games-guarantee/

    I recommend not using a proxy/VPN to purchase from another region, this could potentially be tagged as fraud for misrepresenting your region. 

    It may be easier/safer for you to purchase a physical copy/key for the game from another region. The product code will be usable anywhere and should have all the available languages.

    Ah, OK. I've requested a refund and ordered a copy from Amazon.uk. Wish I could have bought it at the discounted price ☹️
