Titanfall 2 multiplayer locked

I just applied a code for Titanfall 2 and the multiplayer is locked. What is the solution?

Have you had a chance to try repairing Titanfall 2 in Origin to see if that helps at all? If there's an issue with missing or corrupted data in the game client that might help. If you right-click on the game in your Origin Library you'll see the Repair option when the menu comes up. 

Let me know how it goes when you've got a chance.

    Thanks for letting me know. 

    What happens if you start up your PC in a Clean Boot before you launch Titanfall 2? I'm wondering if there may be something else running on the PC that's not allowing it to connect. A Clean Boot might help to get around it if that's the case.

      @EA_Kent Unfortunately I've tried that as well. And I've reset the Network configuration, nothing helped.

        Thanks for giving it a shot. When you have the chance could you pull up a DxDiag and attach it to this thread so we can take a look? For more details on how to pull one up check out the EA Help website.
