    i have found a solution the EA App is the problem it does not recognize that Titanfall 2 has been installed via steam the work around you have to download the original ORIGIN client and download the * off EA files from github windows will read it as a virus but I promise you it isn't

1. no corrupted files found 

2. repair/validation of files found nothing wrong

3. clearing app cache changed nothing 

4. no background apps are causing disruptions 

5.running on a clean boot still wont launch the game

Hi @JUSTANUKE2, To check does it still try to "Validate" each time you attempt to launch it?

    Yes constant validation loop after the game doesn't launch

        yes same result on admin or another user
