When I click on Multiplayer, the screen goes black

Ok, so ive been in love with Titanfall 2 for years now and im very aware of the server issues. Before 3 days ago this never happened to me as well, it just started recently. Whenever I click on the multiplayer button, it takes me to the multiplayer lobby, but after that the screen goes black and it takes me to the loading screen, then I go to the lobby again, and the loading screen as well. I noticed it shows that nobody is in the network I'm on so I thought changing the network would fix it, it did not. I also tried to input some code in my steam launch options called +communities_enabled 0, but that didn't work so my last resort is to ask her for help, I also have a screen recording of the bug,
