Youtube monetization for the upcoming Titanfall 2

Hi, I am a newcomer here, and I am planning to make a gaming channel containing Titanfall 2 gameplay videos once it's released.

This will include the whole single-player walkthrough and the multiplayer (also some news according to the game).

I have some questions here

I found out that it's actually possible to monetize uploaded gameplay videos via youtube, but the problem is I don't know if there are any steps on how to do it legally without violating copyrights, and that is my biggest concern.

The questions are:

1. How to request permission for uploading and monetizing the videos?

2. Is there any license fee that I need to pay?

3. Will EA/Respawn Entertaiment grant my request in a 100% possibility? (If not, how can I ensure that EA/Respawn Entertaiment will grant me what I want?)
