Burns Manor - Feedback needed :D

I always strive for symmetry. It looks like a good start to me but I'd give it a little more room, depending on your available space. I also try to layout my roads to make sure everything is going to line up like you want. You could do it and then remove them. Nothing more frustrating than getting something finished and the road/pavement/water doesn't line up.

Both look cool. Are you redesigning at the moment? Because I see all the other building scattered around :P

Yeah. I'm redesigning. I got tired of a bunch of buildings all scattered together and am starting to redesign by working on one building at a time. I dont have the land to move the other buildings just yet so thats why they are all scattered around.

The second one, I think. :)

Try flipping the metal fences touching the mountains 180degrees, that way you can put the cobblestone walls right up against it, and you won't have that single gap I can see trying to hide behind the lemon tree

The single gap as a misplaced stone. I moved it over to close the gap and had enough room to add an additional one.
    The result is this:

I'm still adding flowers along the iron railing as money permits :D

If you need more inspiration :P

Ooh, nice! That'd be a serious contender if we had a Burns Manor Competition :)
