Centre of the map?
I've never seen an indicator for the center of the grid in my time playing since Halloween'13.
We used to be able to rely on the LZ being the center of the land PURCHASED. It would move each time you purchased more land.
But lately they are forcing the LZ to the SH tunnel.
There is a tricky way to figure out the center, if you want to try it. The beach front has a recurring pattern in the seaweed, and you can count across the columns, as well the mountains have a recurring pattern so you can count the rows. Divide each in half and find your center row and column.
I used to try to move my town square to center with each land addition, but then they added too much too soon and i gave up on that. Too much work.
Another method to finding it, IF you haven't purchased all the land of water yet, is to look at the prices of the pieces you haven't bought yet. There is a diagram here somewhere illustrating the prices and you could look at that to try to find your center based on price.
Good luck.
