Does this look 3-D?
I tried to make this area look like there is a ridge road running through mountains, and the pagoda and wrestling center are on the ledge of the ridge.
(Its parking lot is across the street, on the other ledge, not pictured here)
I used repetition of form with the three large TORII and adjacent lanterns, to attempt to lead your eye; to where the block wall is staggered, suggesting the top of a staircase.
So from the top where Sakitumi is having tea, follow the lanterns through the court, down the stairs behind the pagoda, then follow the dirt path, to the building down in the valley of cherry blossoms.
I tried to make the seven lanterns look like they're smaller in the distance, as you pass them going through the fourth, smaller Torii. And the shorter building is behind the taller, and surrounded by tall mountains.
