the themed areas look amazing.
really loving the drive-in.

theres a fence piece on the 3d hedge behind hermans that kinda looks out of place instead of part of the theme.
the barracade in the same area should be moved up 1 space.

maybe add more trees sporatically on the corner effect for a more natural look

not a fan of mental hospital behind the sign idea, instead maybe consider the esclator back there dropping people off behind the sign.

if you dont like the rink where its at maybe switch it with the pumkin and elf house so the rink is more open access and you can make the elf and pumpkin house hidden a bit with a couple more trees

possibly extend the right side of the church area 1 square, it looks uneven due to the viewing angle

maybe have the middle piece of the power plant longways where the brown car is, looks slightly cramped where it is now

condensing the sp might look better.
example: leave the dish and that line of spacing but move the bumper cars up 1 space keeping a fence between. move everything up 1 from the farris wheel and remove the fence betwwen it and the flying dutchman, but keep the other fences. pull the north part down 1 from above the 1st coffee cart. consider moving or adjusting planet hype, it looks cramped there.)

Love how you have so many buildings but look like you have loads of spare room. Great work
