Help! I can't build anymore mansions and other buildings

Ok so I did not fully develop my Springfield Heights during the event. Now I want to go back and continue doing so. Why can't I only see the one hotels and a few smaller items to help gain more real estate money? Where did the mansions, other hotels, valet parking garage, etc go??

    They have their own place in the store. Open the store. Tap the yellow arrow next to the Simpsons House. The SH section should be the 4th icon in the middle row on the right. The SH sign. Tap that and all the SH items should be in there.
