Help.... Should I Redesign From The Ground Up?

I had the same thing.I just cleared some parts of my town, collected some buildings and stuff for the make over and put those in inventory.And then i started to work in the free room i made. So i rebuilded it in small pieces.

Take it from me - scrapping everything and redesigning total is a HORRIBLE idea.   It is now so daunting that any procrastination within you will put off starting from scratch and you will be left in rebuild mess for ages

P.s. We need more land! Lol

I just did a ground up rebuild.

It wasn't too horrible, the worst part was storing everything. However, I would strongly recommend waiting till this bug with the roads, pavement and water gets fixed before endeavoring. Several times I wanted to snap my phone in half.
