Help.... Should I Redesign From The Ground Up?

Take it from me - scrapping everything and redesigning total is a HORRIBLE idea. It is now so daunting that any procrastination within you will put off starting from scratch and you will be left in rebuild mess for ages

I've attempted to do a full redesign twice now and it is overwhelming with all that open space, I started properly designing my town but both times ended up dumping things wherever there was space.

P.s. We need more land! Lol

I,m just doing a bit at a time,as I have some that I really like that I will keep

I just did a ground up rebuild.

It wasn't too horrible, the worst part was storing everything. However, I would strongly recommend waiting till this bug with the roads, pavement and water gets fixed before endeavoring. Several times I wanted to snap my phone in half.
