My Town
that’s a nice little town and you have a lot of undeveloped land! i would take advantage of that and create a lot of space for lakes or water/river running through town.
-- i think your neighborhood/residential area needs more variety. all houses are faced in the same direction and have big backyards. you could rotate some or break them up into blocks and density.
-- put palm trees on the beach (and keep building Squidport tiles if you have the patience).
-- i would place Scorpio’s volcano on edge of town. you have a nice forest area growing where i think it would fit in nicely.
-- place debris and nuclear waste around poorer properties/wrong side of the tracks area and homes (like Cletus’ farm) to create a more run-down and neglected look.
