Opinions on parking meters for boats??

It looks a little odd imo. I can't imagine someone getting off their boat and putting spare change into the meter, don't people keep their boats at the wharf for quite a while.. like days at a time? It seems a little funny to me. Just my opinion though.

It is cute.  I know you can now put the parking meters on the sidewalks (Hey EA why not stop signs), but didn't know that it could go on the boardwalk.  But it does make sense since cars can go on the boardwalk.
